Niloufar leads architectural design at Cracked Pencil, bringing a Ph.D. in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Architecture and Energy.
With a passion for creating living spaces and incorporating natural elements, Niloufar is on the forefront of creative design that translates into unique ideas with a fresh energy.
Niloufar works directly with customers, guiding them through the design of custom homes and cottages and is the creative vision behind the home models.
Fluent in 4 languages, including English, Persian, French and Turkish, Niloufar is educated in Iran and France.

Stephanie is an enthusiastic designer with an Honour’s Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and a Diploma in Interior Decorating.
Stephanie has the unique experience working as an Art Director with HGTV, and brings a wealth of experience working with customers where every project is one-of-a-kind.
With a passion for creating unique spaces, Stephanie’s goal is go beyond designing a space to curating an experience.
